Patrick was born on October 5, 1956 and passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2015.
Patrick was a resident of Princeton, North Carolina at the time of his passing.
A graveside service will be held on Monday October 19 2015 at 11:00 am in the Worley Cemetery on Baker's Chapel Road Princeton NC 27569.
