Daphany Ethelwyn Watkins, 100, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at the Oliver House in Wendell. She was born November 1, 1915 in Wake County to the late Joseph Manly Watkins and Luna Perry Watkins. Daphany retired from the NC Division of Motor Vehicles. She was a lifelong member of Wake Cross Roads Baptist Church. Daphany loved gardening and spending time with her family.
