Mr. Creacy was born on March 6, 1954 and passed away on Friday, September 18, 2015.
Mr. Creacy was a resident of Pittsboro, North Carolina at the time of his passing.
He graduated from Sanford Central in 1972.
He is survived by his wife Karen.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday September 23 2015 at Blandonia Presbyterian Church Sanford NC. No Wake is scheduled.
