Mr. Monds was born on July 17, 1934 and passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2015.
Mr. Monds was a resident of Dunn, North Carolina at the time of his passing.
Billy was a 1957 graduate of Dunn High School.
He served in the U. S. Army during the Korean War.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Skinner Smith Funeral Home.
